FAQs
-
Essentially how it works:
We'll jump on a call and confirm your brand direction for the advert
You’ll kindly send me your text, logo, and images for inclusion
I’ll create your ad (2-3 days) and send you the first proof
You can request up to two round of changes before I finalise the files
Once finalised, I’ll send through your invoice. On full payment, I'll provide the ad template (with some instructions if needed)
Let’s get started!

You’ll need to send:
Your logo (high-resolution, preferably .AI, .EPS, or .PNG)
Any brand guidelines (colours, fonts, style preferences)
Any copy/text you’d like included in the ad. For maximum readability and comprehension your headline should be 5 - 15 words, with body copy of up to 150 words
Images or product shots you want featured (high-resolution JPG or PNG)
If you don’t have images, I can recommend quality stock photography options to suit your brand, and budget.
-
Absolutely. If you can provide your logo, text, and a general idea of the message you want to convey, I can create a concept for you. I’ll send you a draft to review, and you’ll have up to two revisions before finalising the design.

All ad content (logo, text, images, and any brand guidelines) needs to be received at least 5 days before the magazine’s advertising deadline (that’s the 20th of each month for Cruise News).
This allows time for design, feedback, and revisions. If you need an ad created closer to the deadline, rush fees may apply. -
One professionally designed ad, sized for Island Cruising Magazine (or other publication specs)
Two revision rounds to make sure it’s perfect
A Canva file template (or InDesign if preferred)
Final files delivered in print-ready and digital formats so you can reuse your ad elsewhere
-
Yes — once your payment is received, you own the finished ad design. Your files will be supplied in both print-ready and digital formats. If the content and layout suit other placements, you’re welcome to reuse it in other magazines, brochures, or online campaigns.
